These two sub adult cubs (ID: Rajbhera Cubs), aged around 21 months are engaged in a mock fight, a part of their learning process to acquire stalking and self-defense skills. In this series you see the tigers are seen resting when something grabs the attention of one of them.
Taking advantage of the fact that the other sibling’s attention was diverted for a moment, the other one mock charges her—and what followed was a sheer moment of awe. These beautiful and magnificent animals rose to their full height, standing upright just for a brief second, and in that fleeting moment, you could witness the incredible grace, balance, and raw power they possess. The sunlight danced on their golden coats, highlighting the rippling muscles beneath, reminding us why they are revered as the kings and queens of the wild.
